Pema Chodron This meet-up group is for meditators in the Tibetan Buddhist lineage of Chogyam Trungpa Rimpoche, with a special place in our hearts for the teachings of Pema Chodron. We practice and contemplate meditation techniques, such as shamatha vipassana, tonglen, maitre, meditation on the body, and yoga. Every meditator needs a sangha! : )
